FRESNO,CA --Throughout the Central Valley, local races are revving up political interest among Black voters, who historically may appear as an "insignificant " vote to traditional candidates.
However, with the influence of the Black vote recently demonstrated in Alabama, the dynamics of the Black vote is changing -- no longer is the skin tone the focus. Instead,Black voters are looking at who can handle the pertinent issues affecting the community as a whole.
